This project is designed to... Fascilitate excellent nationwide sites for Deaf ministry. Render on site Discipleship and Pastoral (PCD) training. Identify and train leaders. Focus on Deaf to Deaf ministry Obtain land and develop sites into sustainable congregations. (Development Hubs) Erect multipurpose (SNAP) steel-structure buildings that are used for church, training and skills development. Erect 5 propagation tunnels per development hub. Vegetables are grown by Deaf to benefit the poorest of the poor.

Partnerships - DEAF Friendly develops and expands partnerships with business and service providers on behalf of each of these development hubs.
